The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to understand customer requirements, provide product information, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the sales team until lead conversion.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
- Call prospective customers to understand their packaging machine requirement
- Explain products, pricing, features, and suitable machine options.
- Convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities for the sales team
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely responses
- Update all lead activities in CRM/Excel
- Maintain customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication skills in *Hindi and English* (Gujarati is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
- Experience in Tele Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Marketing
- Experience handling B2B industrial products is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
