Standard lead times from our Surat factory: L-sealers and conveyors in 3–5 weeks, shrink tunnels and web sealers in 4–6 weeks, truck loading systems in 5–8 weeks, and complete turnkey packaging lines in 8–12 weeks including commissioning.
Yes — customers are welcome at our Surat works to see machines under build and witness factory trials, usually with your own product and film, before dispatch.
Shrink Tunnel Machines
Our shrink tunnels run standard POF, PE and PVC shrink films. We help you select the right film grade and thickness for your product, pack size and target throughput.
Most models run on a 3-phase 380–415 V, 50 Hz supply. The exact power rating depends on the tunnel size and heating configuration — we confirm the requirement for your chosen model before dispatch.
There is no fixed rate card — the quote depends on chamber size, throughput, build material and the automation around the tunnel. Packten prices against your pack sizes and film and typically responds within one working day. Standard tunnels ship in 4–6 weeks from our Surat factory.
Yes. Beyond standard models running 400–1,200 packs per hour, we build heavy-duty tunnels for continuous multi-shift operation, with chamber openings customisable up to 600 × 400 mm and heating capacity engineered per application.
Yes — Packten delivers, installs and commissions shrink tunnels across India, with operator training at handover and a 12-month warranty backed by spares support from our Surat works.
Yes. Every tunnel is factory-tested at our Surat works before dispatch, and you are welcome to witness the trial with your own product and film.
L-Sealing Machines
Standard L-sealers handle packs up to roughly 550 × 450 mm. For larger products we recommend a custom sealing frame or an auto web sealer — share your dimensions and we will advise.
The L-sealer can be supplied standalone or paired with a matching shrink tunnel as a complete seal-and-shrink line. We size both units together to your throughput.
The quote moves with seal area, build material and film-handling features, and whether a shrink tunnel is bundled. Share your pack sizes and we return an exact price — L-sealers are typically our fastest machines to deliver, in 3–5 weeks.
Yes — it is usually the right first machine. An L-sealer is operator-paced, runs on single-phase 220 V power, has a compact footprint and wastes very little film, so it fits both the budget and the floor of a growing unit.
Packten L-sealers run POF, PE and PVC centre-fold shrink films. POF suits most retail products; PE suits heavier bundles. We help you pick the film during trials.
Mobile Truck Loader Conveyor
Depending on the model, the boom extends up to 12–18 m, letting a single operator reach the far end of a container or truck without manual carrying.
Yes. The conveyor is wheel-mounted with lockable castors, so it can be repositioned across bays and parked securely when not in use.
Pricing is driven by extended reach (12–18 m), belt width (450–800 mm) and load capacity. Tell us your vehicle mix and dispatch volumes and we quote an exact configuration with delivery timeline.
No. The machine is wheel-mounted on lockable castors — roll it to the bay, lock it, extend the boom and load. The only site requirement is a 3-phase power point within reach of each bay it serves.
Yes — that is the point of the mobile design. One operator can retract the boom, unlock the castors and reposition the machine at another bay in minutes.
Truck Loader & Unloader
Yes — the belt runs bi-directionally, so the same unit handles both dispatch loading and inward unloading, cutting manual handling on both sides.
Typical capacity is up to 50 kg per running metre of belt. For heavier or palletised loads we configure a reinforced belt and drive.
Yes. The belt carries bagged goods — cement, fertiliser, grain, sugar, resin — up to 50 kg per running metre, as well as cartons and bundles, at a variable 0–25 m/min belt speed.
The quote depends on boom reach (up to 15 m), belt width, duty cycle and bay configuration. Send your bay layout and vehicle mix for an exact configured price from our Surat factory.
Packten engineers install and commission the loader at your bay, test it against your vehicles and train your operators before handover. Site readiness is a level bay floor and 3-phase power.
Auto Web Sealing Machines
Yes. The auto web sealer is PLC-controlled with automatic feeding for continuous, uninterrupted sealing — ideal for high-volume lines that cannot stop for manual loading.
Depending on pack size and film, the machine seals around 30–45 packs per minute. We validate the rate against your product on request.
An L-sealer is operator-paced — the operator places each pack, up to roughly 20–30 packs per minute. An auto web sealer feeds and seals continuously under PLC control at 30–45 packs per minute, so speed and seal quality come from the machine, not the operator.
Yes. We configure the automation level to your line — from semi-automatic sleeve sealers where an operator stages product, to fully automatic machines with powered infeed, product detection and automatic film feed.

Conveyor Belts
Yes. We supply food-grade PU and modular plastic belts suitable for food processing and hygiene-sensitive environments, alongside standard PVC belting.

Yes — Packten fabricates belt conveyor systems at our works in Surat, Gujarat, and supplies plants across Surat, Ahmedabad, Vapi, the wider Gujarat industrial belt and pan-India, with installation and a 12-month warranty.
