Shrink Tunnel Machines
Our shrink tunnels run standard POF, PE and PVC shrink films. We help you select the right film grade and thickness for your product, pack size and target throughput.
Most models run on a 3-phase 380–415 V, 50 Hz supply. The exact power rating depends on the tunnel size and heating configuration — we confirm the requirement for your chosen model before dispatch.
L-Sealing Machines
Standard L-sealers handle packs up to roughly 550 × 450 mm. For larger products we recommend a custom sealing frame or an auto web sealer — share your dimensions and we will advise.
The L-sealer can be supplied standalone or paired with a matching shrink tunnel as a complete seal-and-shrink line. We size both units together to your throughput.
Mobile Truck Loader Conveyor
Depending on the model, the boom extends up to 12–18 m, letting a single operator reach the far end of a container or truck without manual carrying.
Yes. The conveyor is wheel-mounted with lockable castors, so it can be repositioned across bays and parked securely when not in use.
Truck Loader & Unloader
Yes — the belt runs bi-directionally, so the same unit handles both dispatch loading and inward unloading, cutting manual handling on both sides.
Typical capacity is up to 50 kg per running metre of belt. For heavier or palletised loads we configure a reinforced belt and drive.
Auto Web Sealing Machines
Yes. The auto web sealer is PLC-controlled with automatic feeding for continuous, uninterrupted sealing — ideal for high-volume lines that cannot stop for manual loading.
Depending on pack size and film, the machine seals around 30–45 packs per minute. We validate the rate against your product on request.
Conveyor Belts
Yes. We supply food-grade PU and modular plastic belts suitable for food processing and hygiene-sensitive environments, alongside standard PVC belting.
Absolutely — length, width, height, inclines and bends are all made to order and engineered around your available floor space and product flow.
Custom Packaging Systems
A turnkey line covers design, machine integration, layout engineering, automation and controls, installation and commissioning — delivered and supported through a single point of contact.
